Refund & Return Policy

At our cake shop, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


 Perishable Products (Cakes & Desserts)

Due to the perishable nature of cakes and desserts, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Refund/Replacement Conditions:

We will offer a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product quality does not meet our standards

Important:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • Complaints without proof may not be eligible

 Non-Perishable Products (Cake Tools & Accessories)

For items like cake stands, decorating tools, and accessories:

Return Eligibility:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Missing original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI

 Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Provide order details and issue description
  3. Share images/videos (if applicable)
  4. Our team will verify and guide you further

 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Once the cake is prepared or shipped, cancellation is not allowed
